Fabrangen Cheder

About the Fabrangen Cheder Community

In addition to members of the Fabrangen Cheder School, the Fabrangen Cheder Community includes alumni of the school (parents and children) as well as other adults who have joined in Fabrangen Cheder Community activities. Approximately 50 families are members of the Fabrangen Cheder Community.

Over the years Fabrangen Cheder Community members have organized a variety of activities. These have included:

• Mensch Group (currently active)
• Women’s Book Group (currently active)
• Monthly Mincha Services
• Rosh Chodesh Group

Fabrangen Cheder Community operates two listservs, one for community announcements, and one for discussions on relevant topics, such as the Middle East.

Fabrangen Cheder Community members pay annual dues that support a Tzedakah fund, renting space for High Holiday services and retreats, and other expenses.
